We had a lovely stay at BKT Apartment. The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place for our family. My family absolutely loved it and felt at home throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention the staff, Rejoice and Vincent, who were extremely helpful upon our arrival. They were welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure everything was in place for us. Their support and attention made a great first impression and really enhanced our experience. Overall, the service was brilliant, and we would highly recommend BKT Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. We would happily return again.

While the stay was very pleasant overall, one area that could be improved is the breakfast. The options were quite limited, and there was no buffet available. Considering the amount charged, it would have been better to offer a wider variety of breakfast choices or a buffet-style option to give guests more flexibility and value. Expanding the breakfast selection would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Very courteous staff, good direction to the premise, nice room, great AC, hot water. Superb milkshake😋

Tv channels and screen resolution were suboptimal. Netflix was not working, although I didn't ask them to amend. Small bathroom
