Nulla. Il proprietario non rispondeva mai e non si è pregata nemmeno di richiamare. Andate ad alloggiare da una parte dove almeno vi rispondono e e se avetenproblemi seri ve li risolvono.

Stanza sporca soprsttuto il bagno sangue e urina sul wc. Non si sono pregati nemmeno di richiamare dopo averli avvisati. Sconvolgente

Ottima ppsizione per poter agevolmente visitare la città.

La situación

The location is very convenient near the train station.

The AC didn’t work at all, the fan didn’t even run strong enough to make white noise or feel airflow more than 6 inches away. Additionally, opening the windows did nothing because there are massive slots covering it so virtually no airflow can get through plus you get the noise from the street. Given the absolute zero airflow in the room and its small area it feels like a furnace, my room was 23.5 C at night which was very difficulty to sleep in. Additionally, the WiFi was a completely joke it took multiple minutes to load a single web page. Bathroom was fine, but the shower is SMALL. Management didn’t respond to my messages but opened them in the morning and just left me on read.

O apartamento é amplo e bem conservado, mobiliário novo.

Apesar da localização, próximo a estação de trem, a área não te permite chegar à noite, muito ermo. Outro ponto negativo é a ausência de elevador, se estiver com muita bagagem é um dificultador.
