Fueron rápidos gestionando una compensación económica.

Check-in innecesariamente confuso, comunicación poco profesional y por demasiados canales. Mi habitación estaba sucia a mi llegada, cama deshecha y toallas por el suelo. Una vez dentro habitación muy calurosa y aire acondicionado bastante deficiente. Zona ruidosa cerca de la estación de trenes.
