Central Tacoma Homestay -private room-

Very comfortable, great location for our needs and appreciated use of the kitchen.

Stove, microwave and refrigerator were unclean. It was likely due to the other guests staying there, but the hosts should check those spaces/surfaces regularly considering that they seem very concerned with cleanliness.

Even though we only had a quick stay overnight, the time was comfortable! I had forgotten about the cat butlers from when I booked the room and it was an exciting discovery. It was really homey to have so many amenities. Highly recommend!

I was not schooled on what a home stay meant prior to showing up for our reservation. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The owners have paid attention to the smallest of details- chargers in the rooms, bath robes, extra toiletries you might have forgotten, and coffee made by 7 each am I would recommend this to others

It was a beautiful home. The room was downstairs with a private bathroom and king size. They have 3 cats who came in the room to visit. Beware the orange one loves attention, but within a minute, he starts wanting to nip your fingers and hands. We appreciated how everything was very clean. It was in the perfect area for our needs. Everything we were doing was close by. The people we encountered in the house were all very friendly.

It was noisy. Between the roomba that seemed to run from early morning to night and the people who lived upstairs, it was very loud. The foot steps upstairs sounded like they were constantly stomping, though I am sure they weren't the sound amplified through the ceiling. We were left to ourselves, and other than seeing someone in the kitchen once in a while, it was very private. We didn't care for the bed, but that's just our opinion. I'm sure others like it. Be aware that the house sits on a hill and has a lot of steps up to the front door. The steepest part does have a railing.
