Friendly staff, good good and a quiet night sleep. All good!

This is a fairly basic hotel but is clean, comfortable and good value

wonderful place to stay :) very clean and staff extremely friendly. only downside, the bathroom smelled like someone previously smoked inside. we are not smokers therefore this was uncomfortable and unpleasant for us.

I arrived for an evening check in through the friendly atmospheric pub and after reading the notes the person gave me the higher floor room I had requested. The room was a good size with top quality style bedding, large flat screen tv, hot drink making facilities and wardrobe space. The bathroom was a good size too and the shower was great after working out how to change the flow from the lower level tap. There is an info card in the room asking for the bathroom door to be kept closed at all times. This is good advice-I experienced just how sensitive the room fire alarm was as it was activated from very minimal and invisible steam from the shower! Free parking on site for guests and there is ample space. Details need to be registered.

Extremely welcoming and very friendly atmosphere. Breakfast times not given at check in meaning we missed opportunity to have a cooked breakfast before embarking on our 4 hour drive home. Overall a very pleasant stay.

A very nice village pub, the staff were very friendly, the room was nice and clean and spacious, breakfast was good. Unfortunately the heating was stuck on and a noise of what we would describe as boiler pump was on which made the night uncomfortable, this was reported to reception.

Rooms spotless staff great

We stayed overnight recently. The room and en-suite was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The room wasn’t big but it had everything we needed. We had a lovely evening meal and breakfast and will certainly stay there again if we are in the area. Thank you.
