No breakfast. Location was great. Owner was great with communication.

This Inn was so lovely to stay, the room was so comfortable and beautiful. The best part was the help and communication from the General Manager, Humberto. He was so helpful and communicative and made my stay so much more comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again.

The checkin and checkout process are very easy and smooth. The host is very welcoming.

No one is answering the phone. No one is monitoring guests. It goes straight to voicemail. No one will assist you. It's worse than an AirBnB.

Beautiful property

This was a huge disappointment and I await a credit from Hearth and its representative Humberto. The cooling system was loudly rattling most of the night and I slept poorly. The am temp in the room was 60 degrees and 47 outside. Efforts by the one staff from9 to midnight were unsuccessful in turning off the cold air flow. The room I took was apart from the main property not as advertised. Super outdated basic thermostat did not relieve the issue. No place like this should be called a B&B Ian’s be so expensive. Location was great but the rest really dismal space.
