Humberto was great, very attentive to my needs but house keep was very rude, not very friendly.

Super cute property. Very quiet and easy to access.

The bathroom had a few hair in the shower and the tv remote was hard to use. Definitely needs a new remote control. But otherwise was very good.

Beautiful grounds and home to hang out in. Good communication with Manager though he was not on site. Amazing whirlpool bath. Coffee served in AM. Access to full main living area and gardens. Quiet.

The room could use some renovation and was a bit dark.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was kind enough to give us a room upgrade. They were very nice and helpful, the location is perfect and the room and the view are amazing! Highly recommend!

I had a booking but didn't stay here due to complications with their system and realising it isn't actually a hotel. So I have some general observations but don't know what the lodging is like.

Prior to arriving I got bombarded with messages to use a 3rd party platform in order to check in. This was weird and really annoying and as an international traveller I don't always have mobile data so the system wasn't going to work. I had to do phone calls with them to work it out which was pretty ridiculous. That's when I realised that it's not a hotel with staff, or the ability to store luggage or do anything a hotel does. And then the location is also a long way from the train station, beach and even downtown... I should've researched it more closely. Due to these reasons I decided not to go to the place and booked the Franciscan inn, which was superb and in a superior location. So although I didn't stay there, it wasn't a great experience.

Location was perfect. Close walk to State street. We got the nicest call from the hotel on the day we were to check in asking us if we were celebrating anything and they left us a bottle of wine to 'celebrate life'. They also texted us all sorts of recommendations for food in the area. Was impressed with the communication. You also get a parking spot at the hotel. The hotel has lots of character and even a fireplace in the room.
