INNit Hotel - Marina House

Contactless check in, clean and nicely decorated (although tired if you look closely) room. Comfy bed and a good shower. Perfect for my needs as a business traveller on a budget. If you need low cost no frills accommodation in Brighton, this place is perfect.

Overpriced - not good value for money we paid £370 for 2 nights... The standard of the accommodation wasn't in line with what we paid..

Great room for the price. The self check in was good as you can check in anytime without waiting for someone to help you at a reception. The room was clean and bright and decorated well. The price we paid for 1 night in July was great especially for how close it is to Brighton central and the condition of the room. Would definitely stay here again

Was perfect for our overnight stay in Brighton. Clean and comfortable and was very happy our room was on the ground floor so didn't have to climb the stairs. The little patio are was lovely too.

It was a bright clean room and the beds were really comfy, we also had a partial sea view. The TV was just a free view model and it took me ages to work out how to operate it. The codes for the doors require that you press the star key to clear before you enter the number this is not on the instructions and caused some stress on arrival when we couldn’t get the door open. The WiFi offers two options that both work with the passcode, one is okay and the other is terrible. The main bedroom light didn’t work and there is a window that has no safety catch that someone could fall out of.

This is more like a guesthouse than a hotel. The bathroom was separated from the room where I had to walk through corridor to get to it which was very inconvenient. Even though it was clean but the worst thing was that there was no hot water!! Because it was self check-in hotel, there were no staff or reception to help only emergency number. I went out in the evening came back at 10:30pm and couldn’t get in the front door with the code I was given. So I rang the number but couldn’t get through. I was terrified that I might ended up on the street and my luggage and belongings were in the room. Finally after the 10th attempt with the code the door did opened. Thank god! I didn’t sleep much due to the noise on the street and the couple next door were coughing through the night. The building is so old there is no sound proof at all! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you looking for privacy and a quiet night.

Tidy clean room, comfirtable short walk from the seafront and the pier.

Second time ive stayed here and its been a lovely experience, nice clean room and easy access to get in the property and close to the beach and shops, will definitely stay again.
