INNit Hotel - Marina House

A great property and easy to access the city

Lovely room, comfortable beds, bathroom a little tired, a few tiles off the wall. My main is due was it was so warm in the room and you were unable to open any windows! However it met our needs for the weekend, just glad it wasn’t boiling hot outside!

The stay was very nice for us, this is a converted house whereby we occupied the ground floor bedroom/kitchen which has had a bathroom added in the middle of the two. Great shower. Handy island with power/chargers in the kitchen. Dishwasher/Sink/Cooker/Microwave/Kettle TV in the bed, Bed comfortable. Great location to the sea/pier/shops. The only real issues we had were the cooker which was not very easy to control (hobs). There were no dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher, very flimsy sponges for washing up, pillows could have been more firm and they have hardwood floor in the kitchen/bedroom which isn’t the best to walk on unless you have something on your feet. Other than that I would definetly stay there again, but only in this part of the hotel.

Easy to locate, but very misleading with parking. The parking lots offered were close, yet challenging to pay to park due to us not being from the area. We couldn’t download certain apps to pay for parking. Was told the room was on the 3rd floor and that was misleading as well. We climbed about 5/6 flights of stairs The room is perfect as far as cleanliness and very up to date. The shower was either too hot or too cold and very very small. Other than that it’s a great place to stay for just a night.

Firstly this is in a lovely location when you want to be close to the ocean front. However, walking on an evening i did feel a little unsafe with the area. I walked back about 10pm.. so it was late but not too late. The check in yourself system im unsure of, I've never come across this before, a little un personal but it's fine .. although i had an issue trying to get in to the hotel initially once i was in, i was fine. The room itself with a key code on the door was great. The door itself i felt needed an extra safety.. maybe a chain. Asbi heard someone trying to get in to my room last night. I think it was accidental but still made me nervous. Plus there was no spy hole so i couldn't see what was going on.. and i didn't feel safe to open the door. My fault not specifing a room on the lower or ground fall as i have back issues and i was on the very top floor room 9.. this was difficult and painful walking up all the flights of steps. The room was fine, certain areas have attention to detail which is nice. It's a basic room and i felt for the price a little overpriced considering the following: The bed was hard Pillows not comfortable Curtains and blinds... no point to them as at 5am this morning it was bright in the bedroom.. should have slept outside! The curtains didn't close - thank God for hair clips The window seal has gone on the window and cold air is coming through The bedroom was very cold. Thankfully there were 2 light blankets, i needed both to feel warm

Room in a house with separate bathroom on a different floor. The overall stat was comfortable but it was so annoying to keep locking and unlocking to get in out and to bathroom in evening. Hairdryer and iron available. No water in room. Overall great location.

Location of the hotel is great! Easy walking distance to the centre. I wish I had just gone for a standard room. The duluxe room we stayed in was on the more expensive side which I was happy to pay, but it’s on the ground floor right at the front. Had I of known that I would have gone for a different room. It wasn’t worth the money. We were also rudely awaken by other guests as they came in because this room is right by the front door. And partial sea view is a bit of a stretch, you really have to lean against the window to see the sea.

Lots of unnecessary emails beforehand and every email seemed to be duplicated ! Then received conflicting messages regarding the door lock codes. Otherwise our stay was OK.

The stay was wonderful! Room and bathroom was super clean and cosy! Some loud people in the hotel of a night but expected for the weekend!! Super happy with my stay ! will come again!
