Spotless. Friendly communication. Nice modern room. Tuck shop type items with an honesty box outside room. Would have liked some savoury snacks as not a chocolate fan but that’s just personal taste. Perfect for what we needed

"No fresh towels etc during our 2 night stay."

We stayed for 2 nights and on arrival it was basic but a very clean room & bathroom. We were just disappointed that our room had not been replenished with clean towels or tea/coffee etc. for 2nd day/night. We weren't bothered about the bed not being changed but to return in the evening after our day out to see our dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor from the night before and morning was not nice. I know we could have called and I'm sure the owner would have brought us fresh towels etc. but when you pay a cleaning fee for a 2 night stay, you expect it to be cleaned after our first night and not have to reused damp, used towels etc.

Fabulous location. Free parking. Really clean, very comfortable and amenities were great. Host was very communicative and the pub next door was beautiful. Great location for Kelham Hall.

"Wedding weekend "

We had the most amazing weekend ! Room was very clean and comfortable - great facilities and very convenient for the wedding we were attending at kelham hall. So glad we chose this option to stay at ! Thank you James for a wonderful nights sleep after a very long day ! Great pub next door too !!
