Very minimalistic; small bathroom, no fridge, no microwave, need I say more?

Excellent conversion of property into self contained rooms. No staff on premises but easy to gain entry via key box and code sent by text will arrival instruction. A good, cost effective way to stay. Pub right next door!

Nice, well appointed and very clean accommodation. Host very easy to communicate with and replies fast to amy queries.

Room was perfect for what we needed, very modern, clean and in a lovely location, honesty tin a great idea for very cheap snacks and drinks, we are returning next year

Nothing to dislike

The light in the bathroom mirror does not work in room 3 There was no shelf in bathroom to place toiletries A small table in the bedroom in the corner would allow people not to have to leave items on the carpet

Parking a bit tight for our vehicle, but only minor issue. Great place to stay. Thank you.

Easy parking outside and pub next door. About a 12-15 minute flat easy walk to the racecourse, on the journey there are places with no footpath and there is little street lighting on the way (maybes bring a torch for evening meetings)
