Very clean and tidy! Everything still like new and worked properly. Plenty on the tea and coffee tray and some nice biscuits to go with! Nice little honesty box with cans and chocolate etc if you need it in the entrance. Thought that was a really nice touch.

Personal preference here, but the mattress was really soft and the pillows were very thick. Just didnt feel much like a nice bed to me unfortunately and gave me a stiff neck and back in the morning. Also, there was supposed to be a welcome book with info in and I couldn't find it anywhere so didnt get any WiFi.

Easy to get to lots of free parking. Property is always nice and warm even in the entrance area not just the room. Heating is on (if you want it) until about 9.30 PM and comes on again at about 6AM. If you're up before then there's a little electric fan heater that very quickly warms up the room. Bed really comfy too. Is always my go to place when I need to stay over in the area
