Breakfast would have been nice. The bathroom sink is very narrow and a bit difficult.

The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Nice comfy bed, with fresh towels provided and tea/coffee making facilities with a bottle of water. Checking in was simple with lock box access for the key and host responsive to messages. Overall appearance of the building was lovely and looked exactly like the pictures (we stayed in room 2 on the ground floor) Was also nice to be able to watch Netflix on the TV (with own login) Highly recommend staying here, especially if heading to Southwell Races, literally a 2 min drive away

Location very good for our day at the races. Lovely freshly decorated house.

Shelf needed in bathroom for toothbrush etc. also shelf or desk in the bedroom would be good for makeup and tea making facilities

Very clean and tidy, location for us was great.

Very cold on arrival but I guess it’s difficult to gage temperatures in this country

the rooms are spotless, right next door to a very nice pub
