The bathroom is tiny, so if you are a taller/bigger person it may be a tight squeeze

The location was incredible and staff were very helpful and accommodating

It was quite expensive for such a small room (double with en suite) although this is to be expected so close to the centre of Brighton. There was no lift in the property (a fact we didn’t realise until the day before) and our room was on the top floor which made it inconvenient to stay with a 5 month old baby. This property is only baby friendly on paper - I would certainly not call it baby convenient! The staff offered to store the frame for our pram but we had to call every time we wanted to take it out which was not ideal. We only ended up doing this once. The room was also too small to accommodate two adults and a baby comfortably.

Location is excellent. Our family room with balcony was really homely and had exactly what we needed aswell as a view to the sea! Perfect for me, my boyfriend and our 4 month old baby. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
