The location and the hotel was clean and well looked after.

The mattress was really bad. We could feel the metal inside of the mattress. I would recommend change because the next customer will tell you the same thing.

Location - great. Close to everything we wanted to visit. Cleanliness - Super clean, very happy about that. Bed & Bedding - Clean and comfy

TV didn't work well but not a disaster. Shower drain was blocked - Shower basin filled with water while showering, had to wait for water to drain away before turning shower on again.

Window was only single pane and thin walls so could hear some noise from room next door and outside. even with the window shut.. however I am a very light sleeper

The location is perfect, close to the beach and the main pier, plus friendly staff.

Poor almost to no wi-fi, no smart tv, dirty dusting cloth was left next to cups on the table on the arrival, the room was tiny to call it a family room. There was only one plug in the room that was reachable.

The location is excellent, very close to the pier. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Luggage storage is available after checkout for an additional fee, which is convenient. The room was serviced and cleaned daily, making the stay comfortable.

The rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos provided on Booking.com. The TV was also very small, making it difficult to read anything on the screen.
