Very good location, friendly staff, the best comfortable beds, clean new room, WiFi is working well. I would recommend it to my friends.

I told the staff directly, so I believe it might be sort out already- the moving sensor in the bathroom should be set up for longer- switched many times during the shower or using toilet. And the main door are so loud - we stayed just one night but if more days I would like to take the room upstairs only because of the door.

Walking distance to the pier, many shops, cafes and restaurant close by.

The rooms are tiny. The beds take up almost all the space in the room. It was difficult to open and store our large luggage and move in the room.

The location

Shower was broken and burnt my skin, on the website, there was no indication that we’d be sharing the bathroom/shower with the whole of the guest house as nothing was mentioned clearly on the booking. Also not all services that we were told were given was there e.g hair dryer. The safety deposit was only able to be given in cash. The hallway also had a really unpleasant smell

After reading reviews I was a little concerned but these ladies running and working here are absolutely lovely nothing was too much we booked the en-suite room and it was just very comfortable and clean doelwnstairs and convenient location

Easy to find

We stayed in room 10 which was down stairs and next to the front door. The doors are on slam locks so every time to door shut the loud slamming of the door was heard in my room and disrupted sleep.

The hotel is very close to the sea as well as the Royal Pavilion. We had a lovely two nights there in a cozy room for three. The staff member who served us was exceptionally helpful: for instance, she very quickly brought us a corkscrew when we needed one.

The walls are not entirely soundproof so noises from the neighbours coming back late could be heard, but this was not a major issue.
