Excellent, clean bedroom and hotel. Amazing structure of the building

I wish all bedrooms have bathroom inside

The shower is terrible. The water does not get warm and the water shoots out as tiny needles that sting the skin.

The location was so ideal for walking around Main Street in Bisbee, we would come home in the middle of the day to drop off shopping bags and then go out again. Very convenient location and lovely view.

The breakfast wasn’t described to be continental but it is. It was okay I just wasn’t sure what kind of food we were going to walk into.

I got the following message from Oliver House, "Thank you so much for staying with us in Bisbee! It was a pleasure meeting you and having you as our guest. We'd love to hear more about your experience--and have you share with others. It really helps us out! " Unfortunately I never stayed. I called them as my partner tested positive covid and asked not for refund but voucher for future visit. I was denied.

Very comfortable. Friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious coffee in the AM

No hot water. Ice cold. It is an old house so felt bad coming in late because the stairs and floor were so loud

My door didn’t lock.

The room wasn't very soundproof because of the property's vintage nature.

Historical building, nice bar and patio.

The breakfast was kind of lame, just a bunch of sugary foods.
