Great location so close to the city and to the designer outlet. The facilities were basic but good enjoyed the bonus of a wee fridge.

The bathroom was dated, and showed signs of wear and tear the carpets weren't great but it was good for what we needed.

The hosts where amazing,very welcoming and genuinely nice people. Room was clean and beds where comfortable. Great location only a 10/15 min walk into York city centre and there's pubs,coffee shops,convenience stores on the way down to York city centre if you wanted to grab a drink or snack. Definitely value for money.

Comfy, cosy and clean. Great location only a 25 minute walk / 5 min bus ride to city centre. Free parking behind the building.

Check-in process was a little painful. Could be made easier with codes given online before arriving and having to call. Had to help a couple from the Netherlands to check in who were stuck outside.
