No alcohol rulles , there was no infarmation about it before !

The location was good. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean and looked quite new. The location was quiet and secure.

The entry system involved phoning the owner for the from key entry code and the bedroom code. I had to phone a few times before someone answered. If it was very late at night I wonder if I’d been left standing on the doorstep. There was a really bright green light on the ceiling in the room (room 2). Don’t know if it was attached to a smoke alarm but it was too bright at night and wasn’t the sort of light you could turn off. The shower didn’t work and was either boiling hot or freezing cold. We paid a great price but when I checked the place on other dates it was 5 time more expensive so I think we just happened to get a deal. We would stay for the price we paid but wouldn’t pay the price it usually is

We had two rooms, Room 4 which when we entered the room smelt like dampness.. only to find the carpet was soaked in water which was from a leak in the bathroom, after complaining about it they came and put a pile of towels on top of the wet carpet, this did not take the smell away or help the situation, we suffer from allergies and the dampness made us quite unwell, they advised they were fully booked and did not offer any alternative, we had no choice but to stay the night, we also had room 8, the carpets were not clean and the shower recess was full of mould, the shower head was broken.. it is not a place I would recommend to anyone, I have had no response to emails sent regarding our stay, no communication from the property owner or manager.. extremely unsatisfactory.

Beds where comfy, close to what we needed

Shower was not working, called staff and was given a key card to another room to use that shower not ideal but at least we could shower

Excessive road noise.
