Room very large and clean, beds comfy, slept well. Owners friendly. 25 min walk into central York.

Room quite cold, which i have just noticed seems to be a common comment by people. But it wouldn't stop me staying here again.

Non of it I like

2 meters radiator was not working , it was very cold. found a portable heater, as soon as switched on heavy smell of petrol came out , impassible to sleep. Some broken tiles in the bathroom , brown mole silicon ,old carpet haven’t been washed for years wear my shoes whole time in the room .
