Personel jest przemiły. Każdy gość jest traktowany indywidualnie, kelnerzy bardzo szybko zapamiętują Twoje preferencje. Kameralna atmosfera. Czyste, przestronne i ładne pokoje. Świetną sprawą jest stały kontakt z managerem za pośrednictwem Whatsapp.

Niewielką wadą jest brak baru przy basenie, wchodzenie do lobby w stroju kąpielowym nie jest komfortowe. Mimo wszystko to mały minus ponieważ pracownicy chodzą i zbierają zamienienia na napoje.

I can confidently say that this is one of the best resorts we have stayed in in Egypt. As a family who visits Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada at least once every year for the past 7–8 years, we have experienced many resorts, and this one truly stands out. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was exceptionally well organised and professionally managed. The resort is spotless. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean, and everything was functioning perfectly. One thing that made a huge difference was the excellent staffing level throughout the resort. There are always team members around ensuring that everything remains clean, organised, and running smoothly. A special thank you to Mr Ashraf and Mr Mohamed from the management and reception team. They looked after us from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable. All staff members were polite, friendly, and welcoming. The atmosphere throughout the resort was warm and family-oriented. The swimming pools were large, beautifully maintained, and very clean. We also enjoyed having access to the beach facilities at the sister hotel. The shuttle bus service was excellent, arriving every 10–15 minutes, making the journey quick and convenient. The food was very good with a wide variety of options every day. We were particularly impressed by the chef team, who were incredibly helpful and kindly arranged suitable meals for our babies whenever needed. One of the highlights of our trip was arranging a private speedboat excursion directly through the diving centre at the hotel, which was a fantastic experience and very well organised. This resort is exceptionally family-friendly. Our children and baby had an amazing time, and it was lovely to see so many other families enjoying their holidays as well.

Только вернулась! Персонал просто замечательный! Очень отзывчивый. Я сперва расстроилась что не взяла старший отель Висту. Но это быстро прошло. Лагуна очень спокойный, вечером нет криков, можно выспаться, персонал знает тебя и помогает. Еда поскромнее чем в Висте, но я всегда находила что поесть и не была голодна. Еды более чем предостаточно. Спасибо большое! Буду вас рекомендовать! А то что можно пользоваться услугами всеми до ночи в лагуне висте, это вообще супер бонус!
