Please note that all Egyptians must present a marriage certificate upon check-in. Swimming in “the pool or in the sea” is only permitted in adequate Bathing suit. Swimming in loose/cotton clothing is not permitted. Children may be placed at the resort Due to sharing our resorts facilities. Honeymoon Offer room will be requested to show upon arrival a marriage certificate with a maximum three months from the date of issue. Please note that Egyptian and Residents Only’ room is exclusive for Egyptians and residents only. Additional charges are applicable if a valid Egyptian ID, Egyptian passport or Egyptian residency is not presented upon check-in. Children 12 years old & above consider as an adult & will pay full adult rate. Guests of Pickalbatros Laguna Club receive complimentary access until midnight to the facilities of Pickalbatros Laguna Vista Resort, including the private beach, Aqua Park and swimming pools. Guests will also have access to the kid's club, gym, sports courts (tennis, paddle, beach volleyball), entertainment activities, bars, food courts, and one complimentary buffet dinner at a Laguna Vista restaurant (advance reservation required). Guests will also benefit from complimentary unlimited access to Hard Rock Cafe in Nabq, including one signature cocktail and 20% discount on food & beverages. Diving center, kitesurfing, SPA treatments, and wellness services are also available at an additional charge.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Tesisin sakin olması herşeyin ulaşılabilir olması güzeldi. Resepsiyon barında çalışan arkadaşlar çok tatlıydı Ahmed çok komikti :) resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaşlarada teşekkür ederim epey erken giriş yapmamıza yardımcı oldular onların isimlerini almayı unuttum üzgünüm 😞,çıkarkende aynı şekilde çıkış saati konusunda çok yardımcı olundu ahmed Adel ve ahmed hessien teşekkürlerimi iletirim. Yemek konusunda çeşitlilik iyiydi ızgaralarala patates kızartması ve pizzalarla günü geçirebilirsiniz ama diğerleri pek iç açıcı gelmedi. Karışında bulunan vista otelide kullanabilirsiniz dediler gittik fakat aşırı büyüktü çocuk sayısı çoktu orayı pek sevemedik. Kısacası güzel bir hafta sonu geçirdim diyelim çalışanlar sayesinde

Yemek tadı,yerli alkol kullanılması,çoooookkk fazla sivrisinek olması bunun için bir önlem alınabilir belki makinalar vs ile

Hotelin çalışanları çok iyi. Girişteki Ahmad ve Muhammed bey, bardaki arkadaşlar, animasyon ekibi, havuz kenarindaki can kurtaranlar, yemekhanedeki arkadaşlar, house keeping servisindeki arkadaşlar. Hepsi kendi kuzenleriniz aileniz gibi davraniyor size. Bu hotel gerçekten çok iyi, oradaki çalışanlar ise bu hoteli mükemmel seviyyeye taşıyor. Bir kere daha gidecegim ve yine bu hotelde kalacağım.
