Staff really helpful, room comfortable and breakfast delicious

The curtains in the room fell down when I was drawing them. Staff did their best to repair it but it did mean I was woken up in the morning. The staff member did say the curtains were due to be replaced

Lovely rooms, great location and staff very accomodating.

When you turn in the bathroom light there was a vibration through the wall. Stops when fan turns off.

Outstanding property, beautiful rooms and we were given an upgrade on our second stay. Breakfast was delicious, but there was nothing to beat the staff, they took the time to learn your name and could not have been more helpful. An absolutely fabulous place to stay

Small room, no where to put suitcase, too hot had to switch off all heating, would expect bed linen to be ironed, noise from road through windows

Very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delicious and very well presented. A warm friendly welcome. We felt very well looked after. It was our first visit to Derry we had a fantastic time!! Easy to park outside. Easy 15 min walk into the centre of Derry. Lovely walk over the Peace Bridge with pubs and great views of the Bridge and Derry skyline. The walled walk is brilliant too with the best Guiness at Peadar O'Donnells.

Nothing to dislike

It was beautiful inside and out. Thoughtful touches in the room and staff was great!

No elevator. We were on the third floor.
