We love Polruan and the room was better than expected. Clean, warm, cosy.

The pub was closed! I hadn't spotted that when booking (if it was noted) so maybe my fault. But it meant we weren't sure about food options, given it was March and a lot of other places were closed. Luckily, the other pub was open and served us very nice chips (with our Guinness).

"There was no stay!!!!"

This pub was shut and we were not notified. It seems to have ceased trading. Surely no bookings should be taken. It was a great inconvenience!!

"Perfectly positioned with a warm welcome n authentic surroundings"

The waterfront position is stunning. The rooms couldn’t be closer to the harbour

It is quite a long walk from the pub to the bedrooms - which might be a challenge to the elderly or infirm.

"Most relaxing few days ever."

10.0

It is situated in a lovely location on the harbour. It is just so quaint. We loved getting the ferry across the water to the small town the other side. I was so relaxed I slept better than I have in a long time.

"Had a lovely stay, great room with fab views of the quay. Welcomed the G&T on arrival!"

9.0

Beautiful location, however be prepared for narrow, winding roads approaching, and a hilly walk to and fro the car par.
