"Hidden gem in Sandsend"

It is beautifully located, a short walk from the village amenities. We were given a fan to help with the heat, the towels were nice and big, everything was clean and we even got a bucket of ice to chill our wine! Breakfast was lovely and the service was great.

The balcony is shared, which was not clear, and meant people could walk past the door to our room.

Location was lovely tucked away and quiet but short walk to beach and restaurants etc Jasmin was a wonderful hostess, couldn’t be more helpful, warm and friendly

We do not eat much at breakfast but what we had was very good and what we saw other guests have also looked very good. They were very good hosts, no complaints.

Comfortable, peaceful in an idyllic location. Lovely bedrooms and a delicious breakfast. We would certainly return.

The sitting room was unavailable for guests - we had not been made aware of this prior to arrival. This was disappointing, especially as it continues to be advertised as a communal area.
