Excellent hospitality from start to finish from Emma Gary and Toni Ate dinner at pub on first night which was very good Paid for full English breakfast which again was superb and worth the money charged Only reason didn't score 5 stars for everything was its an old building and undergoing refurbishment to certain areas which will add to its charm Value for money was good and would definitely stay again The only constructive criticism would be our room needed a black out curtain to stop the street light opposite and the dawn light waking us up so early but thats something that could be easily rectified and certainly didn't spoil our stay. Well done all a very enjoyable stay👍

Breakfast that was included was dire. Yogurt was too sweet. Croissant was a prepared version not light but heavy and disgusting. disappointing

clean and functional, a bit noisy with the traffic going past only yards from bedroom windows.staff very friendly and helpfull.

Room was very small, had to open window cos little ventilation. Ensuite very small too and had to go in shower sideways and then door didn't shut properly. Bar closed at 10pm. To gain access to room after 10 pm you had to go up rusty fire escape which wasn't very helpful. We had an early departure so they provided us with a bag of 2 croissants and fruit plus cartons of juice. Altogether I don't think it was good value for what we paid....
