Very clean good food and made welcome

Very, very warm welcome, nice room (basic, but nicely done and comfortable), great menu for evening meals and a genuinely freshly-cooked and plentiful full-English for breakfast. Will stay again!!! Things to note: Ask for a room away from the road if traffic is a bother, and you will need to be able to manage stairs.

Shower is very small. Room was lovely

Only stayed one night and left early so missed the included breakfast. Staff arranged at to go breakfast pack which was appreciated. Beds comfy. Rooms were small but that was to be expected We stayed a Sunday night and unfortunately the pub closed at 6pm. Had to go to a nearly pub for dinner.

Very friendly - took case in early as off to Glyndebourne. Good, practical quiet breakfast.

Convenient for our needs. It’s on the road so rather noisy from traffic.
