Decor very strange, beds uncomfortable and small. Cleanliness not good as had massive ball of cut hair on top of bathroom light above mirror.

The breakfast was very minimal, larger portions would have been appreciated The scrambled eggs were actually presented as an omelet, with instructions ‘you chop it up to make scrambled eggs’, which was not good. There were no bowls, spoons or milk out for use to eat cereals The evening meals looked expensive

GBNothing about the property - staff were friendly - room was clean but freezing when I arrived - the rest of the building was very cold - had to ask for a heater in breakfast room
It was away from any amenities-extremely cold - so cold that one of the staff was wearing faux fur lined jacket to serve breakfast etc - room not cleaned / tidied after first night stay - not sure what warranted the cost of the room
NZThe shower was good and the bed comfortable. The young girl who served breakfast was very polite.
It was freezing, the whole place. A lot of hard surfaces - tiles, concrete so very cold. The whole place needs a total renovation- got to be seen to believed. I don’t know how the overall booking.com was so high - something definitely fishy. It’s cheap so if that’s what you want - go for it. One night only.
GBGBWe arrived later than planned, and needed to rush in and out to meet friends for a meal. The hostess showed us to our rooms quickly and noticed our wedding dress with delight. The lovely surprise of some pretty cakes to mark my daughter’s imminent wedding.
The rooms walls are a bit thin, but this didn’t prove to be a problem.
GBA truly unique and special hotel. I was traveling for work and stopped one night. The owner of the hotel welcomed me warmly even though it was late at night, she accompanied me to my room helping me with my many luggages. In the morning a hotel employee brought me breakfast plus there are cereals, fruits and juices available. Kindness and thoughtfulness are what struck me the most about the owner and the staff and I really appreciated it and felt special :) The room had everything I needed (shower, TV, coffee maker, water, hairdryer) the bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. I hope to return!
