Our room was a little bit stuffy, you could hear a little bit of road noise but it did quieten down eventually. Our room was a little dated.

GBWe had a lovely warm welcome after a exhausting journey we was greeted so warmly by the owners, nothing was to much trouble the room was lovely and clean the beds so comfortable breakfast was gorgeous in the morning.
There was nothing we did like we loved it and would definitely return keep doing what you are doing you are amazing hosts thank you.

IEThe owners were charming, extremely kind and obliging, outstanding hosts; good breakfast with plenty of options, on site parking, convenient to motorway junction for brief stopover; comfortable bed; good WiFi. Extensive grounds with picnic benches and a children’s adventure play area (currently rundown as owners only recently purchased the property which had been empty for a long time). It should be amazing once cared for again and brought back to standard.
Decor dated, but the owners will no doubt put their stamp on it in time. Poor signage on roadside (something the new owners said they will be addressing). £148 seemed high for a B&B, but nearly all accommodation within 1 hr north or south of Oxford was sold out and the few available had more than doubled prices, so price was probably fair for the location and time of year.

It was not what we expected for that amount of money we paid. We've stayed in cheaper accomdations with nice furniture, and not foldup tables and and chairs (garden furniture) in the dinning room and bedroom. The breakfast did not match what was advertised on your website. Portion on the full english breakfast was very poor I was tempted to photograph to attach to this review. Apples and bananas were the only items available on the side and not the choice of yogart, meats, and juice that were displayed on your websit. If you're going to have flowers on display they should be fresh and dead flowers.

A lovely peaceful spot just outside Banbury. Run by a very friendly helpful couple who made us feel very welcome. We felt very comfortable there
