True Beach Resort

Mir hat einfach alles gefallen! Die Grösse des Resorts fand ich super, die Anlage selbst war einmalig. Das Personal war so supernett, dass sie mir wie eine Familie ans Herz gewachsen sind. Das Essen war extrem köstlich! Vor allem Ahmed und Hussein im Main Restaurant waren so aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und supernett! Für mich war einfach alles perfekt!

Es gibt nichts, was mir am Hotel nicht gefallen hat. Der Strand war zwar sehr sehr schön mit türkisblauem Meer, aber am Beginn des Strandes ist es ziemlich steinig. Ohne Wasserschuhe kann man da nicht rein. Man kann mehrere hundert Meter weit rauslaufen, was einerseits gut ist, andererseits eignet es sich nicht gut zum schwimmen.

El personal muy amable y atento, salvo los camareros de la piscina que eran bastante antipáticos. El hotel es precioso y la comida está buenísima, hay muchísima variedad ya solo en el restaurante principal y las noches temáticas te permiten probar mucha comida. La playa que está al lado es una maravilla!

Los precios de las excursiones están elevados pero es comprensible por el sitio en el que estás

The property itself is stunning—the architecture is beautifully done, and it’s genuinely a pleasure to stroll around and take it all in. There’s a relaxing charm to just walking the grounds, especially in the evening. The restaurants also look great and create a really calming, pleasant atmosphere at night, even if the food and service had their limitations. The beach is another highlight: the color of the water is absolutely mind-blowing—crystal clear and incredibly inviting. It’s hard not to relax when you’re lying by that water.

We were disappointed with our experience due to how rigid and inflexible the rules were. Even small, reasonable requests—like bottled water or the ability to enjoy a cocktail in certain restaurants at night —were denied without any willingness to accommodate. It often felt like the staff had no room to exercise judgment or empathy, and unfortunately, that sometimes came across in their attitude. A few interactions were surprisingly unfriendly, and in some cases, even bordered on rude. There seems to be a deeper issue rooted in the way the place is managed—almost a fear-based culture where staff seem afraid to bend any rule, no matter how minor, which ends up creating a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere for guests. It’s a shame, because the potential is there, but the overall experience left us feeling more restricted than relaxed.
