Additional charges are applicable if a valid Egyptian ID, Egyptian passport or Egyptian residency is not presented upon check-in. - Please be informed that , the accommodations at the apartments are for families only. - Towels and Hotel amenities are not available for the apartments and Housekeeping service is available for each 03 days only not on daily basis. - The apartments's pool can be used for apartments's guests in house only.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
