The location and views are fantastic, the house is beautiful and the ensuite room was clean and spacious. Orla and Steve are super welcoming, give you clear information and offer you private spaces (and a lovely breakfast). And of course Luna is a big plus!

Excellent B&B - the hosts are brilliant, friendly, and very accommodating. We would have no problem recommending this B&B. It is handy to the town and it has everything you need. Breakfast is simple, but everything you need to get your day started. The view from the front room is just amazing.

We are very happy with the stay, great spot 👌 it's very good energy in the house, lovely light breakfast, you can find everything you need. Tidy and fresh, I like that house it has a peculiar and specific style. Thank you

The location and cleanliness

I like a big bed as I’m used to speaking one at home but all in all was a nice room etc

We were visiting to attend a wedding, arriving on the morning of the wedding, and Orla, the amazing host accommodated us with an early entry to give us somewhere to get ready. Room was clean, facilities were superb, bathroom was amazing, bed was comfy, cannot fault at all.

We requested an earlier check in as we weren't sure of the timings for visiting family and there was no problem. Everything was no trouble at all. The room and bathroom were lovely and clean and breakfast was fantastic. A home from home and fantastic location.

Lovely Victorian style home with seafront location. Very spacious, we had a 1st floor bedroom with private ensuite shower room. The downstairs lounge overlooking the seafront was delightful and adjoining open area with dining table/chairs overlooking the courtyard garden area was for our use during our stay. Full size tv, comfortable sofas and good wifi access a nice bonus. The self service breakfast of fresh fruits, juice, milk, selection of cereals, bread, yoghurt, preserves, all more than adequate to start the day for most people. Some people do like a cooked option, but that wasn't on our agenda.

I would have been happy to wash up our dishes, but the owners took them away to do that themselves in the kitchen private to them...and that's their prerogative
