Majority of stuff always smiling and kind

Pool is dirty beach is belong to another host. Rooms nothing view it's inside It's like a compound not a resort because majority of the building not belong to the resort but has a private owner so they don't play music at the pool because owner shout at them if happened . No activities at all it's boring Some stuff are rude when I was watching a football match one of the stuff mute the TV and when I asked him why he said because it's Muslim prayer now I told him I respect that I don't accept he mute the TV and shout at him he brings me Mr kerolos at front office and he was agree with him also to mute then I told him that I want meet the GM then he come to me and honestly he is a good person Mr hany and said that he sorry for that situation and I accept his sorry Thanks a lot for the bar man Omar Sami he was kind and helpful always

The room was newly renovated

They say all included resort and the buffet is very limited, for other things you need to pay extra.

Beach access was nice. Pool was nice but ran out of shady areas/umbrellas. Guest relations manager was nice.

Beds were terrible. My room was small. I had no window. Housekeeping didn't replace sheets or clean bathroom. Soaps were terrible. No toothbrush. No continental breakfast. No easy lunch options.

The room was clean and one of the receptionist was very helpful to sort out our situation.

Food was stale, no bar on the beach or the pool so you only get your drinks from the lobby. The beach isn’t owned by the hotel and it’s not a good spot for snorkeling. Only one elevator available for guests,house keeping and technicians. The pool is only the one with bridge so it’s actually a small area to swim in. Barista is always late for working hours so you suffer to get a drink. When we tried to complain about the food they blamed it on the number of the Egyptians in the hotel which is completely inappropriate.

The resort is so classy and comfortable, the receptionists are very decent and welcoming specially Mr. Mohamed, Mr. Kerollos and Ms. Vivian... The restaurant is very clean and the food was very tasty and various and all the staff were very helpful specially the manager Mr. Ashraf and the chef Mr. Aboalhasan... The room was very clean, elegant and comfortable and highly equipped... The room service guys were very helpful Ibrahim and Mohamed...Pools were very clean and the pool guy Hashim was very polite and helpful.... and special thanks to the owner Eng. Afaf for her continuous follow up and caring about every thing in the resort .
