The reception staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Ahmed Samir, who provided excellent service. The aqua park was enjoyable and well maintained. The hotel location is convenient and one of its strong points. The restaurant was good; however, the variety of food could be improved. The room was spacious, but the furniture and mattress were old and in poor condition, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. The beach is fantastic.

The room was spacious, but the furniture was very old and outdated. In addition, the mattresses were uncomfortable and excessively firm, both in the master bed and the bunk beds for children. The aqua park is not dedicated exclusively to this hotel and is shared with three hotels, which made it very crowded. As a result, waiting times for the attractions were quite long. The animation team was not active Housekeeping service needs improvement, as consumable items such as tissues were not consistently replenished, and extra towels for children were not provided.

استخدام زيت ماركة (حلوة) وطعمه بيبان في الأكل والقلي عدم توافر عصائر فريش مشمولة في تكاليف الاقامة حتى الماركة الموجودة هي ماركة أقل من (tANG) عدم التنوع في أصناف الطعام مستوى تشطيب الغرف غير جيد التكييف ضعيف والDASH BOARD الخاصة بالتكييف المركزي كانت ملمسة وجود قناديل في البحر فيه شخص اسمراني في الريسبشن اسه (سامر) تقريبا استقباله غير مرضي بالمرة مع اني رحتله كذا مرة حتى لما ميكونش عنده ضغط مش بيقول أي تفاصيل الأسانسير بطيء ومش كلهم بيغطوا دور المطعم المخدات غير مريحة المخدة والمراتب بتاعة السرير الإضافي غير مريحين المطعم الهندي أكله مقزز وتعامل الريسبشن فيه زي الزفت الشاتل اللي بيودى الشاطيء محتاج سيارة تانية عشان أوقات الضغط

Referring to the booking site, I booked through your website for two rooms ( 2 adults) +1 child ) , this means the total number of guests is 4 adults and 2 children. Unfortunately, your website is unfair and unprofessional as when I reached there my reservation only had 2 rooms for a total of 3 adults, as they told me which forced me to cancel my reservation and you deducted a300$ unjustly and made me a new reservation. I tried to contact your customer service by phone, WhatsApp, messenger, or even email, no response. Regarding the hotel itself, all things in the hotel are very poor and do not meet any desires Starting from the rooms, foods and staff. Actually, I did not know how your reputed website would become reliable if you consider this hotel to be a 5-star.

Super kid friendly and filled with families, so perfect if you have small children. They have thought of all the things to make your life easier, from the rooms to the dining spaces and options. Loved the kids section and tables in the dining area, specific plates for the kids. My children loved the wagons provided around the resort for them to be rolled around in and more. Very thoughtful touches and the rooms and facilities were all great.

I would have liked them to replace the Starbucks on their property with a local brand as well as the Coca Cola products with a local brand. The local brands are significantly better and more ethical- it’s a small shift for the hotel but one that would make a difference to many guests.

Calimera resort is one of the best hotels we have stayed at, All the facilities, the buildings, beach, pools, restaurants, and landscape are perfect, The staff went above and beyond our expectations to ensure every need was met, delivering a level of personalized hospitality that made the stay truly special, upon arrival we are greeted with a warm welcome, perhaps a refreshing drink, and a smooth check-in process. The reception team upgraded my rooms reservation to better rooms, so special thanks to the reception team special Mr. Ahmed Samir and Miss Rewan. Once we were stepping into the rooms, it was immediately struck by the panoramic views of the pool and landscape from my private balcony. The room was comfort, very spacious and clean, the bathroom is very clean and renovated, the HK team is very responsible and creative they decorate the room and the bads every single day with fabulous decoration that make my family enjoying the day after long day on the beach and pool, so we need to send special thanks to HK team on the 3rd floor special Mr. Ahmed, many activities offered by the resort all day from the morning to the end of day, the food and beverages experience was a major highlight. Every day they offered new dishes and verity in Breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks and beverages during the day). and I'm so lucky to attend the kick of world cup matches at the resort, Calimera makes attractive vibes to the guests.
