1940’s estate is maintained to remind you of those times. There was a “Speak-EZ” in the basement they had open Friday and Saturday evenings. My room was spacious and included a balcony. Huge front lawn with a pool and a view to the Bay.

"Tranquility and Quaint"

The property is on some beautiful land! The pool is great and is sitting in the open field near a tree that is absolutely amazing to sit under to get away from the hot sun. We loved being in the pool relaxing and sitting under the tree taking a nap! The property is lovely!

The air conditioner was in the mist of being installed throughout the house . Cooling units were placed in the rooms but it did get a little warm at times. That’s NOT a deal breaker..

"South of France vibes in Chesapeake!"

Beautiful property. Perfectly mix of old school and contemporary vibes. Luca and Susan are amazing hosts that made us feel right at home.

Place is great but be prepared for some older infrastructure on AC. They had good circulation and best option but just old house. I usually can’t sleep in hot environments and slept great with AC
