Locanda Museum Hotel

Good place for a couple of days in Giza.

The staff were very nice and always accommodating for any requests! The bed was very comfortable. Close to pyramids and GEM museum

The shower wasn’t in the best condition and we had no view from the window. But the rest of the room was lovely. Breakfast was continental not much selection, but available to make you an omelette if you’d like!

- TV did not work. 2 of hotel staff came in the room and checked it, it could not be fixed. - Breakfast exactly starts from 7:00AM. - My first stay at this hotel a few months ago was good, so I stayed here again, but disappointed this time.

Warm welcomeing staff, clean room, new furniture, very good breakfast...

Room was clean and large. There was a heater in the room so it was great since night and morning were a bit chilly. The staff were all attentive and kind.

Wifi in the room was weak

The hotel is very conveniently located to both pyramids and the new GEM museum. We had a family room and it was enormous… Super clean and stylish and we enjoyed eating dinner and breakfast on the rooftop with a view of the pyramids.

We walked to the museum, and no fault of the hotels at all, but you do have to do it Egyptian-style cross the highway on foot! 😌

Great location as we wanted to experience the new museum and the pyramids. We booked the deluxe and executive suites. They were amazing. Exactly like the pictures. The day manager Noha was lovely and assisted with all our request. We had 3 toddlers with us which isn’t easy to navigate. Noha helped us with packed lunches to take on our road trips when she saw the kids didn’t eat much for breakfast. The breakfast provided was amazing. Full service - falafel, eggs, fresh bread, foul, cold meats and cheeses and a great selection for the kids in terms of cereals. Also lovely coffee to go with it. We had breakfast on the roof 2 mornings we were there - our guests loved that they had a view of the pyramids and was a dream come true for them.
