Very clean and spacious rooms , extremely nice stuff the owner is the sweetest man he whent out of the way to make us happy. The top floor of the hotel has incredible view of the pyramids. My husband had a birthday the night we arrived they made it so special, we are forever grateful. In a city full of scamming hotels this property is GOLD.

Fairly clean. The room looks like the photos. It is very close to the new grand museum

The street and the aspect of the building are completely different from the photos. The hotel is located in the fourth floor of an unachieved building. It misled me and even the uber driver couldn’t find the hotel because there was no indication. The neighborhood was very noisy by night and felt insecure.

The room was a decent size, clean. It did not have an iron or steamer. If you needed something to be ironed, you’d have to wait min 2 hours to get it done. The bathroom was clean with a bidet. However, the heater stopped working after the 2nd day but came back on again the day after. Place was close to zamna event - walking distance where the bus dropped us off.

There was one particular manager/reception staff that said no to our every request. We asked for help for taxi to airport, he said no. We asked help to go to a store to buy something since the hotel did not have a store, one staff said he will ask his manager and the guy said no. The food was also horrible. We tried to order a few things and we ended up not eating it coz it was done so bad. The Margherita pizza was only a cheese pizza with no toppings on top. We paid food that we couldn’t eat. The toilet clogged for one of our friends room. There was also no refill of soap.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel—it was much cleaner and more comfortable than I expected. We only stayed for one night at the end of our trip, and even after we checked out, they kindly stored our luggage for us. They also allowed us to relax in their café until it was time for our flight. Although we had some coffee and water, we didn't pay anything. I was running low on cash, and their kindness was truly rare in Egypt.
