Excellent hosts!! Food was amazing!! Host made you feel welcome right away. Added extra touches, had 24/7 beverages and snacks. Breakfast was unbelievable both mornings. Views were amazing loved our private balcony. Hosts had great recommendations for area.

Charming Stay – A Hidden Gem! It was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The rooms were beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the comforts we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast—freshly prepared, delicious, and served with a smile. From homemade pastries to locally sourced ingredients, every bite was a treat. The coffee was also exceptional! The location was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to local attractions and activities. The hosts went above and beyond to provide recommendations and make sure our stay was enjoyable. If you're looking for a charming, relaxing, and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend. We can't wait to return!

The owners of this property have tajen great care to make the guest experience special. The breakfast is top notch. The rooms are immaculate with all the conveniences expected at a B&B. We will defintely stay there again.

This was our first time staying here but it will definitely not be our last!!! Absolutely the best hospitality- warm, welcoming, breakfasts to die for, and even brownie cake and ice cream for my husband’s birthday!!! Book it- you will be glad you did!!!

We stayed for two nights at the beginning of Jan 2025. Fun place. We enjoyed the building being historic and interesting. We enjoyed the desert each evening. We enjoyed the large breakfast each morning. Breakfast was amazing. Over our two breakfasts, I had: egg bake, french toast casserole (unique), cheesey grits, bacon, fruit smoothie, sausage and eggs from a local farm, and a waffle sandwich with cheese/egg/sausage. The people are friendly and they take good care of you. The house is beautiful, and full of history. It's just two miles out of Helen, GA. We also visited Cleavland and Tallulah Gorge. Beautiful area and this is a good spot to come home to in the evenings.

The greatest hosts we ever had. Very knowledgeable of about the history and what to do in Helen. The house is well preserved and gorgeously decorated and the breakfast was amazing. When I come back to Helen this will be the place I go to. Plus there is a gym and coffee shop a min down the road

First the best thing. The hosts are some of the sweetest and most hospitable people you will ever meet. They clearly enjoy what they do, especially meeting and getting to know their guests. I really enjoyed my conversations with them when I got my morning coffee. I also enjoyed interacting with the other guests. The home really is beautiful and they obviously put a lot of love into it. The history of both the home and area is quite interesting and the view is beautiful. You will find plenty to do in the area. Now the food. Absolutely incredible breakfast. You will not be disappointed with anything served. Ditto to the delicious desserts they put out every afternoon. Top notch. These folks make it feel like home but with a lot better cooking. Thank you guys. We will be back.

Our stay was incredible! We were in the area for the Helen Christmas tree lighting and market. We ended up staying another night because this Inn was so great. Rebecca was amazing and the room was comfortable and well appointed. The Inn is beautiful and steeped in history. I highly recommend this place for couples as it has such a historic and romantic feel to it.

Everything is world class at the Sautee Inn. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is always a feast. Rebecca and Mike treat everyone as if they are the most important guest and make everyone feel comfortable and important. A five star rating seems unrerated
