The Sautee Inn Bed & Breakfast

We eloped at Brasstown Bald in Hiawassee, GA November 2024, and The Sautee Inn Bed & Breakfast became our home base for the weekend. Rebecca, Ron, and Mike went above and beyond to make our special occasion unforgettable. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality turned an already memorable weekend into a truly extraordinary one. Although only some of our guests stayed at the Inn, Rebecca, Ron, and Mike graciously welcomed everyone for a rehearsal and reception dinner the night before our wedding. They even coordinated delicious, allergy-friendly catering with a local small business ensuring everyone could enjoy the evening. They personally split wood for our evening bonfires, creating a cozy and magical atmosphere. Despite our efforts to tidy up afterward, their team quickly restored everything to perfection by breakfast time—which, by the way, is a five-star experience in itself! We first stayed at The Sautee Inn in November 2023 and fell in love with their heavenly breakfasts and the historic charm of the property. Naturally, we wanted to share that experience with our loved ones, and it did not disappoint. Every guest raved about the food, ambiance, and the exceptional hospitality. One of the highlights of the weekend was our First Look, which we held on their brand-new overlook deck—a stunning addition to an already picturesque property. (I’ll be updating this review with photos soon!) As a testament to their flexibility and kindness, our brother-in-law showed up with his puppy, and the team helped shuffle arrangements so they could stay in the Inn’s only pet-friendly suite—thankfully, it wasn’t already booked! Since the Inn was originally a much larger space, it easily accommodated our group of 35 for dinner, with plenty of room for seating and mingling. My besties are already planning to be back next year!! We can’t recommend this hidden gem enough. Rebecca, Ron, and Mike have created something truly special, and we’ll absolutely be back to relive the magic!

Beautiful location, great hospitality, tasty breakfast. Perfect for one night to a week or more in Sautee Nacoochee. Inspiring views of the mountains from the porch. In close proximity to food, shopping and points of interest. Classic southern touch!

Arrived a little early which was no problem for them. Very accommodating, warm & friendly. Got a tour of this beautiful home. Beautiful antiques stunning furniture. Getting ready for Christmas w so many items up. Our room w a balcony n small table n chairs overlooking the valley. Beautiful sitting areas w fire pit, tranquil and relaxing. Breakfast was all fresh made with afternoon cakes all homemade by Rebecca. Thank you to Ron and Mike also Rebecca for a great 2 night stay hope to return one day soon.

We had a one night stay at The Sautee Inn Bed and Breakfast and it was wonderful. Ron and his staff made us very comfortable. The breakfast was served beautifully, it was delicious and exactly what you would expect of the better bed and breakfast inns. We can't thank you enough, especially since we called at the last minute and you graciously made us welcome.

Clean comfortable room. Great location. Delicious breakfasts and daily deserts. All in all, a really tremendous B&B.

In the area for just one night and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Will absolutely stay again. Rebecca is an outstanding hostess and was super flexible when it came to my breakfast service. Breakfast was wonderful!

Our stay at the Sautee Inn Bed & Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Everything was perfect. My wife and I stayed at the inn celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We now have special memories and absolutely will come back. The owners absolutely went out of their way to accommodate us. Breakfast was delicious!
