Il personale é stato molto gentile e sorridente sempre. Delicati e molto disponibili. Siamo arrivati il giorno del compleanno della mia fidanzata e quando lo hanno saputo ci hanno fatto trovare una torta di compleanno molto buona. Ci sono le capsule di caffè in camera, the e quant'altro.

Abbiamo prenotato con booking per il check out tardivo, pagando per il servizio, al nostro arrivo ci é stato detto che sarebbe stato possibile ma purtroppo ci é stato detto all'ultimo che c'erano già altri clienti per la camera perché sono arrivati prima e quindi dovevamo lasciarla e che booking non può decidere sul check out tardivo. Peccato perché abbiamo il volo alle 22 stasera.

ur stay at Naama Bay suits was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, the pools and beach area were well maintained, and the entire staff was friendly and professional, always making sure guests feel comfortable and welcome. A very special thank you goes to wafek from reception, who truly made our stay unforgettable. and his positive attitude and genuine hospitality made a big difference to my experience. Jacuzzi was absolutely wonderful with stunning views of the see Not forgotten the restaurant staff, very kind and helpful 👍

The property was modern and clean with every amenity in the room and access to a beachfront & pool. The staff were incredibly attentive, with an absolute gentleman serving us breakfast. Waffek at reception was amazing, helping us out organising things & making our stay so much more enjoyable - thank you!

A little loud with music outside but that is common for the area and finishes at a reasonable hour.

Conoscevo già la struttura, confermate le aspettative.

Il rumore che proviene dall' esterno è davvero fastidioso, musica degli altri hotel in primis. Non è un hotel per chi cerca il totale relax, spesso suonano fino alle 3 del mattino. La spiaggia è in comune con un hotel di livello molto inferiore: ingrandirei l'area riservata all' hotel in oggetto che oggi vanta soltanto 6 lettini.

Location and room size

I liked everything about the hotel including the room, the fantastic location at the beach, that the breakfast was served outside on the terrace, the fantastic staff at the restaurant and everywhere else. Kamal in the reception helped us a lot.
