Arumasta Ubud

We loved our stay at Arumasta. It was welcoming, super clean, lovely cool pool, the loveliest staff and such good value. Loved it was in a family compound and they had the most beautiful baby who was the sweetest 🌸 We had 4 rooms poolside and they had great aircon and ammenities. Great location, easy walks to the Palace and down to the Monkey Forest area. We will definitely stay again and recommend to our friends and family.

The neighbours rooster was a little bit annoying 😂 but as early risers it was fine.

どこへ行くにも便利な場所です。 施設は8部屋の小さなファミリー経営のホテルですが、新しく綺麗です。 ただ、毎晩、隣の施設から音楽が聞こえます。 またウブドに来るときは候補の１つになるでしょう。

The staff were incredible

The wifi didn't work but the staff tried to make it work. The laundry was 4 times the normal price. But it was clean.

I don't want to give a bad review, but I thought I needed to write one since no one else had. Unfortunately, it's not a good place for online workers. The internet environment was unstable and unreliable, and I couldn't hold online meetings in particular. I booked for 10 days, but I went to the co-working space every day for online meetings, and I was exhausted. The rooms don't have any air circulation, so I don't recommend it, especially in the rainy season. Towels and other things don't dry. The staff tried hard, but there is a lot that can be improved. I moved to another place on the 5th day. The manager was very rude even then. I didn't ask for a refund, but he was belligerent.
