Jeg er også takknemlig for rask hjelp når det viste seg at jeg hadde booket en natt for lite og jeg fikk mulighet til å booke en natt til. Et annet positivt poeng er at beliggenheten er helt super.
Skittent, illeluktende (særlig bad) og ikke skikkelig vasket. Det var råte/mugg på badet. Kundeservice var rask på saken og sendte vasker, men det ble ikke særlig forbedring. Det jeg likte minst med overnattingsstedet var at utgangsdøren var ved flere anledninger åpen og ikke mulig å låse. Hele kveld og natt til lørdag var den åpen. Dette resulterte i at jeg ikke følte meg trygg. Siste natten var det mye trafikk gjennom hoveddøren og mye lyd. Jeg tror også det var uvedkommende i gangen så det var stønning og forsøk på å ta i håndtakene. Dette resulterte i at jeg var våken hele natten og redd for å sovne i frykt for at noen var utenfor min dør.

Galway is a party town, so evenings are noisy, but that would be hard to avoid while still being in a central location.
AU- good location (quiet but close to everything for a tourist) - comfortable bed - easy to get in & out
- all self check in & check out - bathroom smelled really bad & strong - bathroom tiles & wall had mold growing … - room gets very hot so you need the window open however cannot do at night due to the sounds of road traffic going past - no tv connection what so ever besides if you have a YouTube account

A bit of noise outside but they did provide ear plugs and it didn’t keep us awake
