We returned one evening and huge trollies of laundry had been left outside our room with a tiny gap left that we had to try and squeeze through with difficulty to get in and out of own room

A thermostat in the room would have been nice. Window only opened 1 inch. Elevator sounded like it was dying and had multiple signs telling you what to do if you got stuck in a broken down elevator. No desk/ flat surface in the room. Ear plugs were provided due to traffic noise

NZLocation was great and it was a comfortable and clean room with nice furnishings. Easy check in and parking not too far away as well. Much quieter than I thought it would be being so close to a lively late night town which was a bonus!
Water in shower was a bit temperamental and had a cold shower one morning :(
