из того, что увидели: просторные номера и ухоженная территория с подогреваемым бассейном.

Хотели заселиться, но персонал совсем не клиентоориентированный: начал что-то менять в бронировании, в итоге выбрали другой вариант.

Struttura grande ma ben organizzata, posto strategico su una spiaggia ben curata. Accessibilità anche volta all’utilizzo di carrozzine e diversi punti dove i bambini possono intrattenersi sotto stretta sorveglianza. Decisamente un resort ben pensato per single o per famiglie! Kilani il manager dello staff é stato eccezionalmente gentile e attento ad ogni bisogno e dettaglio, dimostrandosi un punto forte della struttura sul quale poter contare in caso di necessità per qualsiasi cosa. Decisamente consigliato per chi vuole vivere vero relax senza pensieri e staccare! Ci tornerò.

Lo staff di questo Resort è estremamente gentile e disponibile, soprattutto il Sig. Kilani alla reception e Sultan che organizza escursioni e risolve sempre tutto.

Non mi è piaciuta la visita all'infermiera del Resort dove c'è un medico a disposizione della clientela che ancor prima di guardare cosa avessi mi ha chiesto se avevo l'assicurazione sanitaria.
