Accès facile à la barrière de corail qui est bien colorée ainsi que les nombreux poissons que l'on peut y voir. sentiment de sécurité maximum sur la plage avec tout le personnel qui en prend soin. Grande amabilité de tout le personnel. Repas de bonne qualité et variés

The hotel makes a very pleasant first impression: well-kept grounds, plenty of greenery, and clean, unobtrusive architecture. The whole place feels like it has real potential for a calm and comfortable stay. The rooms are also a strong point – clean, tidy, refreshed every day, with towels changed regularly and housekeeping that genuinely takes care of everything. When it comes to food, it’s tasty and gentle on the stomach, but after a few days you start to feel that it’s a bit repetitive. It’s good overall, just lacking a bit of variety or a memorable “wow” moment during a longer stay. The animation team deserves special praise. They are genuinely the heart of the hotel – cheerful, positive, and naturally engaging without being pushy. They know how to brighten the day, lift your mood, and make you feel truly welcome. It’s clear they enjoy what they do, and their energy is contagious. The biggest downside, which was impossible to overlook, was the noticeably different treatment of guests based on nationality. Polish guests were treated worse than German guests – less attention, less friendliness, and at times even a noticeably colder attitude. It created unnecessary discomfort and a feeling that some guests were being prioritized over others. In a place like this, especially for the price, equal treatment is the bare minimum one should expect. In summary, the hotel has plenty of strengths, especially cleanliness, its overall appearance, and the fantastic animation team. Unfortunately, the unequal treatment of guests significantly affects the experience and leaves mixed feelings. If this issue is ever addressed, the hotel could truly be an excellent place to stay.

Hotel it’s good, we have fun with animation team, hotel is really nice and there is a nice coral beach, but the treatment of people is not equal for different nationalities, this is not good. Overall 3 out of 5 stars.
