Perfekte Lage am Stand. Ein absolutes Luxus Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Die Auswahl an Essen ist mehr als riesig und absolut lecker. Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels in Ägypten, aber niemals in so einem guten.

在カイロ駐在員です！近年オープンしたばかりの豪奢なビーチリゾートホテル。エントランス近くのお部屋からの眺望は、白を基調としたホテルの外観とターコイズブルーの海のコントラストが美しく、まるでギリシャのサントリーニ島のよう🏖️5月上旬のピークシーズン前に訪れたことで、海水浴を楽しむにはやや気温が低かったものの、その分静かに、ゆったりとした贅沢な時間を妻と過ごすことが出来、スタッフの方々の丁寧な応対も相まって、素敵な思い出になりました✨

強いて挙げるとすると、まだオープンしたばかりの為、Googleマップ上で指し示されるルートと実際の入り口が異なる点でしょうか。但し、幹線道路沿いにきちんと大きなサインやゲートが設置されている為、注意深く運転をしていれば容易に見つけることが可能ですのでご心配なく！

Almost everything about our stay was outstanding. It was a truly comfortable and generous experience, with a dedicated team always on hand to make sure all our needs were met. Having paid more for holidays in Marbella and along the Italian coast, I can honestly say the beach and weather here were even better. I’m especially grateful to Mr Ahmed Galal for his kindness, professionalism, and constant support. He was always available and incredibly helpful—whether it was arranging an e-golf buggy to take us anywhere or assigning a staff member from the kids’ corner to assist us with the children, all without any extra charge. Even though we visited just before peak season (towards the end of March), everything was running at full capacity. The indoor swimming pool was heated, the kids’ corner was fully active, and the open buffet was excellent. The food variety and quality were impressive, catering to everyone—vegetarian, vegan, or meat lovers. They even prepared and delivered lunchboxes for the children without us asking or paying extra. Mr Ahmed Adel and Mr Halim went above and beyond to look after us. The hotel clearly has a strong team of chefs, and upgrading from bed and breakfast to half board was definitely the right decision—the dinners were fantastic in terms of quality, service, and value. The staff were wonderful with children. Housekeeping was excellent, and once they realised the kids enjoyed the towel decorations, they made different ones every day—monkeys for our son and butterflies for our daughter. The room was fully stocked with toiletries, including dental kits, shaving kits, shoe cleaners, and complimentary drinks and snacks. On day after a mild sandstorm, the room was even cleaned twice, which really showed their attention to detail. The beach itself is one of the best—clean, sandy, and with clear water. It’s very well organised, and you can easily order drinks or coffee while enjoying the sunset.

There was, in truth, very little to fault. If anything, one might simply suggest returning during the summer months to experience it at its very finest
