Our stay at Cleopatra Sidi Heneish was truly exceptional. The staff were outstanding—professional, attentive, and always welcoming with a genuine smile. From check-in to check-out, every team member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options with high quality and fresh ingredients. Every meal was beautifully presented, and there was something to suit every taste. The facilities are world-class.The rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The pools, recreational areas, and overall resort atmosphere create the perfect balance of relaxation and luxury. Everything is exceptionally well maintained, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.

Nice Beach and friendly hospitality

I liked the proactiveness of the staff, before arriving Mr.Galal reached out and made sure we get the location correct. The staff were all helpful and all of them have one goal of us having good time, really exceptional team, from reception to the restaurant to the life guards at the different pool and beach to the Animation team as well. the Room was super clean and nice, with great view on the amazing turquoise water. We had breakfast and dinner buffet, and honestly the food is exceptional, you can expect all your needs and wants met. My son, played football, volleyball, table tennis, Acqua-gym, swam in the sea and different pools and ate food that he liked. In general this hotel is generous and offers great value.

Leaving the place was really hard. and honestly everything was super nice, people, room, hotel and food. all great we loved it.

My stay at Hotel Cleopatra was truly exceptional from the very first moment. Upon our arrival, Mr. Ahmad Jalal welcomed us warmly and made sure that we received our room immediately without any delay, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. The overall hospitality throughout the hotel was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They constantly checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. The restaurant experience was also amazing. The food selection was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options suitable for everyone. The quality of the food, cleanliness, and service exceeded expectations. The restaurant staff were attentive and professional, creating a very welcoming atmosphere during every meal.

Welcoming attentive staff, special thanks to Mr.Ahmed Galal who was continuing in touch via whatsapp making sure about our needs and comfort. Beach is awesome, water is cristal clear, sandbanks are pleanty available, in addition, there are 7 pools in the facility, all are clean. The food was good, my score 8/10. Room is spacious and comfortable, it is a place for relaxing and enjoying beah time, no water activities nor evening shows.

Although the A/C was functioning well, tempreture at night during our sleep was not cool enough, I guess it might been controled by the hotel fixed around 22c, during day time it was cooling well!

Staff outstanding friendly, professional and helpful, facility variables, different locations of environment, Beach is white sand with crystal clear water , good vibes music and animation and more to tell.

Everything! It was new, fancy, clean, The staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was superb in terms of variety and quality. The room was a sea view one, where the view was amazing and it was really spacious. We arrived really late on arrival day and the team made sure everything was prepared and smooth and when it came to checkout time, they were very generous with the late checkout.

Slightly overpriced for a Bed and Breakfast stay; however, still worth it.
