Il posto decisamente nuovo, e ancora in costruzione, infatti sebbene il personale sia molto attento e sia tutto curato e super pulito, purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato due situazioni che hanno reso meno piacevole la nostra permanenza. 1 il cantiere operativo, attivo tutto il giorno e notte fino almeno a mezzanotte e con ripresa all'alza. Ovviamente risulta difficile riposare e dormire con i rumori del cantiere nelle orecchie e le persone che (giustamente lavorando) urlano. 2 la baia davvero troppo affolata di barca, diventa pericoloso fare snorkeling in quanto spesso (se non di continuo) sfrecciano ad alta velocita' con i gommoni alla ricerca del povero dugongo con 1000 persone. Il posto sarebbe meraviglioso ma cosi' diventa stressante piu' che una vacanza

Отель просто замечательный, чистый, красивый, обслуживание на 10, постоянно и в ресторане и на пляже и у бассейна работники помогают, приносят, спрашивают, улыбаются и все это с утра до вечера. В номере супер чисто, все новое и современное. Вид из номера очень красивый на пустыню и море. Бассейны очень чистые, еда очень вкусная и свежая. Отдельный момент это море и пирс. Снорклинг великолепный, и это прям рядом с пляжем. Это очень камерный и уютный отель в Египте, если вы любите площади гектары и тысячи людей в ресторане, тогда это не ваш вариант. Нашей семье с детьми понравилось все, я бы с удовольствием вернулась.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und überschaubar mit direktem Zugang zum Steg. Wunderschöne grosse Badebucht wo man mit den Schildkröten schwimmen kann. Auch beim Kulinarium kamen wir nicht zu kurz. Es werden sehr vielseitige Speisen angeboten.

Leider hatten wir zu Beginn ein Zimmer im Block 2000 - dieser sollte aktuell gemieden werden. Dies aufgrund des Baulärms, da direkt nebenan eine neue Hotelanlage entsteht. Geplante Eröffnung voraussichtlich Januar 2026. Finde es sehr schade, dass diese Zimmer trotzdem zum gleichen Tarif vermietet werden. Hat uns sehr enttäuscht auch von Booking. Wir haben dann reklamiert und konnten zum Glück das Zimmer wechseln. Den Baulärm hat man dann nur noch minimal gehört.

Il resort si trova a nemmeno 15 minuti di macchina dall aereoporto, e vanta una bellissima laguna dove abbiamo avvistato su tutto l’arco della settimana tantissime tartarughe, pesci e il famoso dudongo. Il resort (aperto poco più di un anno fa), possiede tutti i confort dei quali una persona può richiedere durante una vacanza del genere. Apprezzato anche lo stand dedicato dalle immersioni in mare, dove ci si può iscrivere e pagando un extra partecipare alle escursioni giornaliere. Lungo la spiaggia, accanto all’hotel, vi sono altri 3 resort JAZ (uno ancora in costruzione), dove ci si può recare per fare due passi, fare un bagno o cenare in uno dei rispettivi ristoranti alla carte (nella formula all inclusive sono inclusi “3 buoni cena” per i 7 ristoranti dei resort, da sfruttare a piacimento). Lo staff super gentile e cordiale, sempre a disposizione per ogni nostra esigenza; pulizia ottima in camera e in tutto il resort e il cibo buono

Un po mal organizzato il trasporto aereoporto-hotel (prezzi esorbitanti per 15 minuti di taxi). Si potrebbe anche valutare di organizzare dei shuttle bus con orari prestabiliti, per andare alla vicina Port Ghalib (anche lì, 10 minuti di taxi prezzi sproporzionati). Già che si parla di prezzi; vale lo stesso per le gite con i quad, nel deserto o simili. Prezzi tanto alti (non so quando l’hotel possa incidere sui prezzi). ci sono i ragazzi che passano a chiedere se si è interessati, ma il mio consiglio è di organizzarsi già prima che si parte se si vuole fare qualche escursione così. Il buffet classico delle cene funziona si e no… una volta che mangi lì due sere hai praticamente provato tutto, vi è (a nostro giudizio) un po poca varietà.

Great breakfast and dinner. I could find everything I wanted to eat. The food was varied and delicious. I really liked the restaurant itself, which has a lot of space and you don't have to look for a free table. If you want, you can eat inside, if you want - on the terrace with a great view of the sea. I liked how the hotel was designed, in the shape of the letter T, it's just convenient to walk everywhere without getting lost. I liked the easy modern style of the hotel. Great swimming in the sea, you can swim as far as you want from the shore, or swim from the bridge, if there is no big wind and waves. I didn't see any dugongs, but there were a lot of turtles, and they, not paying attention to the swimming tourists, eat grass for themselves.

There is little space on the beach, there are no free sunbeds under the umbrellas. The employee who works there tries very hard to accommodate everyone who wants to, but he has a hard time. It is clear that tourists are also not friendly, they put their things down, take up space and do not come back for hours. The sofas in my room were dirty, I asked to change them, which was done. The bathroom was missing hair conditioner.
