All staff are nice and I believe they do the best they can. Room cleaning was good. The resort area is compact and easy to walk around. They are doing their best to keep the area clean from the sandy dust. Nice pools and pool bars. I like dinner in Tao Tao restaurant the most and the food is generally good.

Staff would use better training, especially in a la carte restaurants. I don't think they always know what they're doing and how the 5* service should be. I know it's Egypt, but still.. There is always some shift manager present saving everything :-) (like Mr. Hany) I received a stinky glass a couple of times even in a la carte restaurants for an extra charge wines. Nothing really serious to complain about, it's only a small details that leaves a room for improvement.

Ottima struttura con personale disponibile e sempre gentile. Pulizia impeccabile in ogni parte comune e in camera . Cibo ottimo .

Troppe barche di escursioni di fronte la spiaggia che fino alle 16 creano grande rumore e odore di kerosene (che finisce in acqua che poi arriva a riva ). Le barche portano centinaia di turisti a fare snorkelling ogni giorno per fare il bagno con le tartarughe (scordatevi di vedeee il dugongo) . Lettini troppo vicini in spiaggia. Prezzi escursioni per snorkelling troppo alti.
