Fue una experiencia maravillosa, excelente servicio y tranquilidad.

I drew four hours to get to the hotel. I showed them my passport, my wife and they did not let me check in because I did not have an ID for my five year old knowing that when you have a kid, you don’t have no ID at all for them they treated me bad And they didn’t have no consideration that I was with a baby and I want a full refund back I felt so disrespectful because I had to sleep in my car because I was not able to get a room that night. Had to wait till the next day to to be able to get something.

Walk up with heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor was uncomfortable

TWe stayed here because it was roughly on our way from Punta Cana airport to the Samana region and our flight landed mid afternoon. The breakfast was fine. We also ate here in the evening - the dining room felt rather cold and formal but our Caesar salads were fine.

The hotel is very clean and very well located and convenient. The staff is great.
